1./ Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Azik International Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree, please do not use our services.
2./ Services Provided
Azik International Ltd provides international and domestic freight forwarding, parcel delivery, customs brokerage, and
warehousing services. All services are subject to availability and the conditions in your service agreement.
3./ Booking and Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our online platform. Payment is required at the time of booking
unless a credit account has been established. Prices quoted are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated. All prices
are exclusive of VAT. Overdue invoices may incur interest at 8% per annum above base rate.
4./ Liability
The Company’s liability is limited under the Warsaw Convention (air), Hague-Visby Rules (ocean), and CMR
Convention (road). The Company is not liable for consequential, indirect, or economic loss of any kind.
5./ Prohibited Items
The following items may not be shipped without prior written approval: hazardous or dangerous goods, live animals,
perishables, high-value currency, illegal substances, and items prohibited by the laws of the origin or destination
country.
6./ Customs and Import Duties
The shipper is responsible for ensuring all goods comply with applicable import/export laws. Any duties, taxes, or fines
arising from incorrect documentation are the sole responsibility of the shipper.
7./ Claims
All claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery (or 14 days from expected delivery
for non-delivery). Claims must include proof of value and damage photographs where applicable.
